True Colors
Our programs provide an easy and entertaining way to understand the behaviors and motivations of others relative to our own personalities. You will learn how your brightest (most dominant) and palest (least dominant) colors interact and affect behaviors, thought processes, and communication styles!
By learning to recognize and appreciate personality differences and characteristics, we can tap into our full potential, mitigate conflict, and strengthen essential skills.
What is True Colors?
True Colors is a personality profiling system created by Don Lowry in 1979.
The system uses the colors Blue, Orange, Gold, and Green to profile the different strengths and challenges of each core personality type. Every individual is a unique blend, however, two colors are typically more dominant.
EPIC Services has partnered with Positive Impact Force to bring its transformative True Colors programs to the Tampa community.
