EPIC Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give at least a 24-hour notice. Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment start time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations/reschedules and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service amount.
Cancellations and reschedules made the day prior that are not within the 24-hour notice window will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service amount.
If you are running late for an appointment, please call the office. EPIC Services reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee if the client has not arrived by 15 minutes after the start time.
