Elite Massage

Relaxation/Swedish

A light-to-medium pressure massage that helps to relieve stress, reduce pain, boost mood, and promote relaxation. Best if you are generally looking to loosen your muscles up and relax.

Deep Tissue

This is a deeper pressure massage aimed to the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. Perfect if you are experiencing very tight muscles or areas of pain.

Sports Massage

Uses both massage and physical therapy stretching techniques to help heal and prevent injuries. This is perfect if you lead an active lifestyle and want to keep your body at optimal performance.

Therapeutic

Aimed at working on a specific tense or painful spot with deeper pressure to relive the strain. Great if you want to work on specific areas.

Neuromuscular

Precise massage therapy that focuses on the soft tissues of the body. It helps to alleviate the sources of pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release on the muscles in spasm and surrounding areas. This is a great choice if you are wanting to address specific pain areas, spasming muscles, or cramps.

Premier Massage

SET, Cranial Clearing, and Breathwork must be scheduled over the phone. Please call 813-898-0601 to book.

Structural Energetic Therapy (SET)

Highly specialized, intense, but very effective full body rehabilitation massage that aims to restore structural balance, strength, and function to the body long term. Our therapists use specialized techniques to address specific areas of pain in the body and then work to bring the rest of the body in balance to support the changes made. Beneficial for everyone, as most people suffer from structural issues. Perfect for those experiencing extreme structural issues or chronic pain.

Breathwork

During breathing sessions, the therapist guides the client through important breathing exercises and techniques to help them find balance. They learn how intentional changes in breath patterns can unlock emotions, decrease tension in the body, and improve overall quality of life. Great for building self-awareness, addressing emotional pain, and releasing bodily tension, which aids in chronic pain relief. This modality is by therapist recommendation only as it is part of SET.
