Victoria began working at EPIC in 2019 as a receptionist and event coordinator. She currently serves as the right-hand woman for Heather and Nelson. As the Director of Operations at EPIC, she is responsible for keeping everything in order. She handles our licenses, contracts, business partnerships, upper management duties, and making sure the EPIC team members are feeling happy and healthy in their roles. Her favorite part of working at EPIC is seeing each team member flourish in the creativity of their individual roles. She also loves seeing clients begin to live healthier, more pain-free lives after receiving therapies at EPIC.

Victoria moved to Florida in 2017 with her husband, dog, and cat. She and her husband have since added a precious daughter to their family! She has a MA in Spiritual Care and is currently working toward her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has two mottos she lives by: "Listen with the intent to understand rather than the intent to reply" and "Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle."

In three words, Victoria can be described as compassionate, loyal, and ambitious. If she had to eat one meal for the rest of her life, it would be vegetarian tacos..
