Heather finds her role at EPIC to be very rewarding. She gets to create all day and guide everyone to see her creative vision, bringing it to life and allowing each person on her team to be creative with boundaries. It's like being a big kid. 

She moved to the Tampa bay area when she was about 9 years old and has been here ever since. She has always had more of a servant's heart so working in the health and wellness industry makes sense. She loves seeing others grow in their movement and way of life and allowing her to be a part of it. 

She has a certificate in emotional coaching from the Gottman Institute, and trauma healing from the massage association. 

She has two quotes that she tends to live by, one is to "Tame your beast, or your beast will eat you" the other one is "Loose lips sink ships"

Something that most people don't know is that Heather used to make hairbows, and sometimes she'll break out the old supplies and get to crafting.
